On the final day of the plantation, the agricultural celebration Hal Jangkhra is observed in the paddy field. The hal jangkhra festival is first enjoyed in the paddy field by throwing and spreading mud to each other and after freshening up the enjoyment is further carried in the family by indulging in varieties of food items and beverages. The hal jhangra festival is celebrated as a festival of pleasure and enjoyment for the cultivators after a long arduous task in the field at the end of the agricultural season.
