Malabar spinach is an edible perennial vine that has many health benefits and is super delicious too. It is grown organically, naturally at home and once planted it will come year after year by self-seeding. Leaves and stems are chopped and cooked, stir-fried with mustard oil. Also, just the stems without leaves can be cooked with mustard seed paste with fish or without fish. This green vine is very low in Cholesterol, a good source of Protein, Vitamin B6 and Phosphorous, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, calcium, Iron etc.
