Mogong Brengyaba ( Chicken roasted inside Bamboo)

This dish is cooked inside bamboo by adding different vegetables and spices and put over fire.

Mogong brengyaba, this dish is prepared by adding chilli pepper, garlic and ginger paste is added to raw meat and it is covered by banana or turmeric leaf, after that it is inserted into a bamboo and then put over fire. Banana leaves and turmeric leaf add to its flavour. The hollow bamboo opening is covered with these leaves.
